1. What is the processing, creating, and shipping time for Custom Orders?

 

1-3 business day(s) is the processing time. IF THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH, THE PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED AND NO ORDER WILL BE CREATED. 

 

Once the 1-3 business day(s) processing is complete, the order will be created and shipped within 14-21 business days after. 

2. What is the processing and shipping time for "Ready to Ship" orders?

 

Once billing and shipping address is a confirmed match, the "Ready to Ship" item(s) will ship within 1 business day. IF THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH, THE PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED AND NO ORDER WILL BE CREATED. 

3. Will my order be shipped with tracking provided?

 

Once order is ready for shipping, tracking information will be provided to the email entered upon checkout. 

4. Can I return an order?

Due to the nature of these products, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. Returns are only excepted if Creative Strands LLC sends the wrong item(s).

5. Can I change my order after submitting payment?

NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT. To avoid shipping delays and/or incorrect orders, no changes can be made after payment has been submitted.
