Shipping policy

 

1. What is the processing time for Custom Orders?

Once billing and shipping address is a confirmed match, the 1-3 business day(s) processing period will begin. IF THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH, THE PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED AND NO ORDER WILL BE CREATED. 

Once the 1-3 business day(s) processing is complete, the order will be created and shipped within 14-21 business days after. 

2. What is the processing time for "Ready to Ship" orders?

Once billing and shipping address is a confirmed match, the "Ready to Ship" item(s) will ship within 1 business day. IF THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH, THE PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED AND NO ORDER WILL BE CREATED. 

3. How long after the 1-3 business day(s) processing is complete will my custom order ship?

Once 1-3 business day(s) processing is complete, the order will be made and shipped 14-21 business days after. 

4. Can I return an order?

Due to the nature of these products, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. Returns are only excepted if Creative Strands LLC sends the wrong item(s).

5. Can I change my order after submitting payment?

NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT. To avoid shipping delays and/or incorrect orders, no changes can be made after payment has been submitted.
